Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


Shipping And Handling

Free standard delivery for all UK Mainland customers on orders over £35. Next working day delivery available for £8.34 for orders placed by 12 noon. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for full details.


Back Orders

We do not allow back orders on our website. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will advise you immediately and organise a refund of the cost of the goods.



VAT is applied to all purchases at a rate of 20% except for those countries who are exempt. Organisations exempted from paying VAT are advised to order their goods and pay the VAT and then make their own arrangements to claim it back. We are unable to deduct it for you.


Credit/Debit Card Security

All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption (AES-256).  They are not held in clear text on any website.  Your payment credit/debit card number is transferred to Stripe over HTTPS (SSL) and is never stored or transmitted to the Bright Ideas website.

For your security we use Stripe as an Online Payment Service Provider.

Each claimant is entitled to one coupon per order. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, discounts or promotions offered by Bright Ideas.

The Promoter of this prize draw is Bright Ideas Marketing Limited, Lamdin Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 6NU, United Kingdom (the ‘Promoter’).

1.Who can enter?

The ‘Win an Apple iPad’ prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion). To qualify for entry, you must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order with Bright Ideas Marketing Limited. By entering the giveaway you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

2. How to enter

The prize draw is open from 10:00 Monday July 1st until 23:59 Saturday 31st August 2019 (the ‘Giveaway Period’). Any entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

To enter you need to be a new customer of Bright Ideas Marketing and place your first order with us during the ‘Giveaway Period’.

There is a maximum of one submission per individual. In the event of multiple submissions being received from the same person or account, only the first entry will be accepted.

Internet access will be required to enter.

3. The prize

The winner will receive one Apple iPad 9.7″ 32GB in Space Grey (2018). The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative or similar prize if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

No runner-up prizes will be offered.

4. Selecting a winner

One winner will be chosen at random using a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all eligible entries received. The winner will be informed of their prize within five working days following the end of the promotion.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days of receiving notification in order to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fail to claim the prize in the time required or are unable to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

5. General

The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Giveaway at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended or cancelled the Promoter is under no obligation to deliver the Prize to any entrant.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered in connection with the Giveaway.

6. Personal data

When participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge that your name and email address (Personal Data) will be made available to the Promoter.
